XD-01: How do I install/add new icons to KDE?

 

The procedure for adding new icons to KDE is:

• Download a compressed tarball containing the new icons to be added. Refer to link [1] below for a sample of a site offering KDE icons.
   
  
• Launch the KDE Control Center.
   
  
• Go to the Look&Feel->Icons portion of the Control Center.
   
  
• Browse to the tarball package.
   
  
• Click install.
